Rating:  - Poor Picture Quality
This is a poor quality cable. With VGA cables you pay for what you get. This is just too cheap and you need to pay about three times the price of this cable for a decent one. I bought one of these cables against my better judgement. The picture quality was very poor and there was ghosting. The cable thickness is about half that of the original monitor cable. A quality product (Belkin) at a very competitive price. Ordered on the Friday and delivered the following Wednesday. A little slow on the delivery but this may have been due to the adverse weather over that period. kept up to date with order status via email. Hassle free shopping - great job.
Rating: - Bad Cable
It ghosts. It only has 14 pins but this is normal as pin 9 is no longer used but it ghosts, badly. Was outputting my signal from my Laptop to my 23" Acer LCD and it ghosted badly through a switch box. Tried my normal cable and it worked fine straight to the monitor and tried this cable and it ghosted badly and blurred, through switch box or straight from laptop to monitor. Don't buy it.

does exactly what it says it does, tho i cant seem to get a picture on my tv past 720p (tv is a 1080p pannasonic) but part from that picture is clear and worked first time, no messing around, would recommend to anyone. cant go wrong for the price

I bought it to dual screen with my laptop for reading spreasheets, .pdf and other general office applications when typing reports so good enough for my needs, especially at the price I paid.
Don't expect it to be good enough for watching tv/films or gaming graphics though.
