The ipod fits into the armband really snuggly and the plastic is thin enough to still control the ipod.
I have found it really comfy for running - it doesnt move around.
The writing has rubbed off but that is only cosmetic and my keys are too big to fit in the pocket but other than that im really pleased with it!

I bought this armband less than 3 months ago. It was comfortable to wear and held my ipod nano 3g in position well enough for running/weight training etc in the gym.
Control of the click wheel through the plastic is somewhat fiddly without stopping what you are doing completely and focussing on this.

This armband is better than any other I have ever owned. The material is soft and breathable, which is fantastic for jogging or at the gym, which is what I use mine for. All the stitching is of a very high quality. The velcro strap fits a variety of arm sizes, from wide to thin, all of them comfortably. The band is washable by hand, so it can be kept fresh.
