Bought this to connect a 19 inch monitor via a mini display port and it works great. Plus its cheaper than apples own bran. Highly recommend. Don't hesitate if you want to buy. Only one thing to note, make sure that you have a mini display and not mini dvi port?
Rating: - Connecting Macbook to Tv as second monitor
I bought this product to connect my Macbook Pro to a Dvi-HDMI cable which i connected to my Tv (so i could use it as a second monitor when i wished to). Works very well, quality on the Tv is very good and the product arrived on time and as described. If your wishing to do the same as me then this product is highly recommended.

Bought for my early 2010 Mac Book. Works fine, except the wifi connection usually drops soon after I start using it - I have to use an ethernet cable whenever I have it plugged in.
